How is the price calculated?

Pricing is calculated per 100 words. Please make sure to enter the correct quantity based on your total word count when placing your order.

How do I know the word count of my file?

In Microsoft Word, Apple Pages, ...there is a setting that allows you to see the word count of your file.

If you know the word count, you can enter the correct quantity when ordering. If not, please contact me through the contact page and upload your file there so I can check it for you.

How do I send you my file?

You can upload your file directly on the checkout page after placing your order.

Which file formats do you accept?

I accept PDF, Canva, Apple Pages, Microsoft Word, and similar editable or readable file formats.

How long does the translation take?

Turnaround time is usually no more than 2–3 days, depending on the length and complexity of the text.

How will I receive my translated file?

Your translated file will be sent back to you by email once the translation is completed.

Are translations done manually?

Yes, all translations are done manually to ensure accuracy and natural language.

Can you translate crochet and knitting terminology correctly?

Can you keep the same layout as my original file?
